Styrian Service Cluster Starts Challenge

Start for a location search of a different kind – Hart bei Graz, February 2021

The Styrian Service Cluster is looking for a long-term partner who is as passionate about service as the non-profit organization itself and with whom a professional setting can be created for the regular club meetings. The association invites event locations and companies from the hotel and catering industry to participate in the online challenge until March 14, 2021. An innovative approach to generate positive impulses in an industry ravaged by the crisis.

The Styrian Service Cluster was founded jointly by ANDRITZ, AVL List, Binder + Co, FH Campus 02 and KNAPP in 2013 and now consists of 22 Styrian companies that unite one topic: their service expertise.

An essential part of the association’s activities is the exchange between the members in the context of the monthly meetings. Still, the previous format requires a redesign, says the cluster board member and service brand manager at KNAPP, Kajetan Bergles: “It’s high time for a new setting. To do this, we need a reliable location partner who shares our understanding of service. At the same time, we would like to strengthen the hotel and restaurant businesses in times like these.” Therefore, the association is looking and calling on representatives of this branch to take part in the challenge. “Apply to be our new partner. You have the opportunity to welcome the top service management level from 22 Styrian companies to your home every month. Do not miss this opportunity and be part of it. ”

These are the five must-haves of the new location partners (in German):
