“Emerging Cybersecurity Standards for the Finance Sector in Europe” took place digitally on 27th November 2020.

• Dr. Branka Stojanovic, Senior Researcher at the Institute DIGITAL presented in her talk first results of the European Horizon 2020 project Critical-Chains and explained the advantages of the distributed ledger technology.
• Critical steps for a proper understanding of human factors in cyber security were the main focus in the presentation of Martin Griesbacher, expert at the Research Industrial Systems Engineering, RISE.
• We have learnt about three different types of attacks of contemporary Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning hackers from the talk given by Dr. Ronald Hochreiter, Professor at Vienna University of Economics and Business.
