History and Highlights

Founded in Graz, Austria, our startup is already part of the European Space Agency (ESA BIC) incubation program and the Graz Science Park. Vabelmat has made significant progress since its inception. In 2024, we filed our first European patent (EP24154549.0) and subsequently an international PCT application (PCT/EP2025/052202), ensuring legal protection for our patented IoT-based thermal monitoring system.

Key Successful Projects and Achievements

Over 20 years, our Founder has carried out Thermal Efficiecny Audits in industrial facilities sector across Latin America, particularly in Mexico. we have conducted several thermal efficiency audits in various industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, automotive, and oil and gas. These audits have led to GHG emission reduction, proving the real-world impact of thermal insulation optimization.

Our team also successfully designed a beta IoT thermal monitoring prototype. This initial prototype validated the technical feasibility of non-intrusive thermal diagnostics, laying the foundation for the current Vabelmat platform. The outcome confirmed that digital monitoring can replace traditional manual inspection methods, offering real-time visibility and faster response times.

Vabelmat’s solution wil provide not only technical precision but also strategic insight. this approach will help to optimize maintenance strategy and reduce unexpected heat losses. Our understanding of industrial thermal energy systems combined with innovative diagnostics will allow to identify and fix invisible losses.
