Sehr geehrte Clusterpartnerin, sehr geehrter Clusterpartner,
ein erfolgreiches und bewegtes Jahr 2024 liegt hinter uns. Die Highlights haben wir für Sie in unserem Jahresbericht 2024 zusammengefasst. Wir sagen DANKE für Ihre Unterstützung und Kooperation. Nur dadurch konnten wir in und außerhalb unserer Areas of Excellence einige Meilensteine erreichen.
Das Jahr 2025 wird für die gesamte Branche eine Menge an Herausforderungen bereithalten. Als Exportbranche betreffen uns die aktuellen geopolitischen Umstände in vielen Bereichen direkt. Wir als Clusterorganisation sind bemüht, unser Programm für 2025 darauf auszurichten und Sie als PartnerIn zu begleiten. Sehen wir in diesen Zeiten die Chance, die wir mit dem Austrian Chips Competence Center (AT-C³) für die gesamte Industrie bekommen haben. Expertisen zur Fertigung mit Dünnschichttechnologie und zur Verwendung von neuen Materialien werden dank des AT-C3 und des gesamten Konsortiums für Start-ups und KMUs mit einer 80%igen Förderung zugänglich. Hervorzuheben ist hier die 1.000 m² große Pilotline bei unserer Konsortialpartnerin Silicon Austria Labs in Villach.
Unsere Partnerin TU Graz wird in den nächsten Wochen eine Bedarfsanalyse im Bereich Skills durchführen um hier ein Programm zusammenzustellen, dass wertvolle Inhalte bietet und ihre Mitarbeiter:nnen auf die Zukunft vorbereitet.
Ein weiteres neues Chancenfeld zwischen dem ACStyria Mobilitätscluster und dem SILICON ALPS Cluster ist mit der Batterietechnik identifiziert worden. Die Battery Innovation Days in Graz am 02.-03.12. bringen die europäische Branche in diesem Bereich zusammen.
Als Netzwerker und Brückenbauer geben wir Ihnen somit auch im neuen Jahr zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, bestehende Kooperationen auszubauen und neue auszuloten. Wir streben eine intensivere Vernetzung in Europa an – zwei Fixpunkte zur Allianzbildung stehen hier bereits:

Dear cluster partner,
A successful and eventful 2024 lies behind us. We have summarised the highlights for you in our 2024 annual report. We would like to say THANK YOU for your support and cooperation. It was only thanks to this that we were able to achieve a number of milestones in and outside our Areas of Excellence.
The year 2025 will hold a host of challenges for the entire industry. As an export industry, we are directly affected by the current geopolitical circumstances in many areas. As a cluster organisation, we are endeavouring to align our programme for 2025 accordingly and support you as a partner. In these times, let us see the opportunity that we have created with the Austrian Chips Competence Center (AT-C³) for the entire industry. Thanks to the AT-C³ and the entire consortium, expertise in manufacturing with thin-film technology and the use of new materials is accessible to start-ups and SMEs with 80% funding. The 1,000 m² pilot line at our consortium partner Silicon Austria Labs in Villach should be emphasised here.
In the coming weeks, our partner TU Graz will carry out a needs analysis in the area of skills in order to put together a programme that offers valuable content and prepares its employees for the future.
Another new area of opportunity between the ACStyria mobility cluster and the SILICON ALPS cluster has been identified with battery technology. The Battery Innovation Days in Graz on 2 – 3 December will bring together the European industry in this field.
As networkers and bridge builders, we will therefore also provide you with numerous opportunities to expand existing collaborations and explore new ones in the new year. We are striving for more intensive networking in Europe – two fixed points for alliance-building are already in place:
